1. Shipping Rates & Schedule
Singapore
We provide free shipping to and within Singapore. Upon successful checkout, your order(s) will be processed and dispatched to our courier partner in 1-2 working days. We offer traceable courier services to ensure that your parcel reaches you quickly and safely. Your tracking number will be updated in the email and phone number that you have provided.
Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your package within 2-3 working days. During peak period, please expect to receive your package in 4-6 working days. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control such as shipping delays.
International
For all other international orders, shipping rate based on weight or volumetric weight apply, depending on whichever is higher and your order will be delivered in 7-14 working days. We will not be responsible for any delays to due customer clearance and all other international procedures. However, we will ensure that your product will be delivered safely.
2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cavilla Singapore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
3. Damages
Cavilla Singapore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
4. Order(s) Tracking
Please check the “Order” section in your account. Your order status will be changed upon successful shipping. An email notification with the courier company’s tracking number will be attached.
